Orbit 952

Music has always been a great medium for expression.
But what happens when the cause we want to fight for has not been touched by popular culture yet?

Orbit 952 is a project that syncs music with sounds captured by NASA, to bring to life a problem that might sound like it belongs to the future, but is actually a contemporary issue: the space debris problem.

Since 2020, our reliance on satellite services has surged, encompassing communication, climate monitoring, and environmental preservation.

The rising threat of hazardous debris in crowded orbits jeopardizes these services and could escalate debris in accidents. To address this, we've initiated an interactive experience urging UN discussion through a petition.

The vinyl cover, with a circular QR code spelling 'Orbit 952' in 'Tekla' font, leads users to our cause. Space-themed phrases adorn the poster, guiding users to scan and visit our website for engagement.

Here, visitors discover insights and sign the petition via an interactive experience featuring Earth surrounded by 952 fonts, fading as signatures gather toward our 300,000 goal.

Partnering with 10 diverse global influencers, we've distributed vinyl copies to amplify our message on Instagram, showcasing visuals and expert interviews to raise awareness and gather support.
